Highly regarded family office of prestigous investment firm in Midtown, NYC is seeking a qualified, very bright, college educated Assistant to support a Senior Partner. Manage calendars, expenses and travel, gain signatures, organize internal and external meetings and conference calls. Conduct research, proofread and devise letters and emails. Heavy use of both MS Word. Excel and CRM. The appropriate candidate must have at least 2 years of Administrative experience, be extremely hands on and pro-active, and have a pleasant and welcoming personality. Base salary 75-80K with a generous discretionary bonus. Office hours 9-6p. Full medical, dental, vision, 401K, 3 weeks vacation.
