The Steward/Dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for items used in our commissary (prep) kitchen. The Steward/Dishwasher must have prior experience with machines and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is routinely maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. The dishwasher must be safety conscious and in compliance of all laws concerning the safety of others.
