Supervisor, Paid Search and Paid Social Media

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll help Media Storm build on our past successes as you lead strategic execution across paid social and paid search. This position will be a key player charged with building and refining our paid search and paid social offerings and collective intelligence.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Play a key role in translating marketing objectives into paid social and paid search strategies and direct development of the media plans.
* A Supervisor develops strategic paid search and paid social plans for client initiatives that will not only meet the client goals, but also align with other media channels within the overarching campaign.
* Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns in Google AdWords, Facebook and Twitter UI, and any other applicable platform.
* Manage timely, accurate execution of paid search and paid social campaigns.
* Responsible for day to day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals.
* A Supervisor develops and maintains strong working relationships with paid search and paid social publishers to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities.
* A Supervisor manages, develops, and mentors junior team members.
* Oversee campaign performance reporting QAing the data to ensure accuracy, highlighting any insights and trends as well as providing optimization recommendations on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years agency experience (ideally client facing) with a strong background in planning and buying paid search (SEM and YouTube) and paid social (within platforms including both Facebook and Twitter)
* Strong command/ expertise in managing bid optimization platforms (Google AdWords a must; DoubleClick, Kenshoo, etc. a plus, but not necessary)
* Strong command/expertise in managing paid social campaigns in Facebook Power Editor and Twitter UI (Kenshoo or any other PMD platform is a place, but not necessary).
* Robust understanding of the search marketing and paid search landscape.
* Strong writing and presentation skills are a must.
