Develops the ability to coach sales performance on a regular basis and manages time effectively in order to prioritize coaching opportunities. Developing career and performance development plans for all employees Maximizes Team Effectiveness Demonstrates the ability to lead teams to achieve business results by selecting the right talent, creating Development Plans for each team member, leveraging the synergy of people working together, and creating team confidence and enthusiasm. Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees Coaches and Develops Others Effectively assess sales performance as below, meets, or exceeds standards; and then uses good communication skills and strategies to plan and execute developmental conversations to maximize the business plan. Conducting performance reviews with all personnel Selling Skills Effectively and consistently uses our selling system to determine needs and wants, develop product solutions, gain agreement on purchase, close the sales, and execute proper follow-up. Uses the system to achieve personal goals and to effectively model selling skills for sales professionals.
