In this role you will drive BBH's global Leadership & Management Development strategy. You will partner with senior leadership across the Firm including the heads of Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Advisory to define, craft and continually refine global Management and Leadership learning solutions and ensure they are in line with T&D's vision. You will create the architecture for all leadership and management development content, including measurement and implementation strategies. Using data to inform you, you and your team will continually evolve the strategy to align with BBH's needs and the T&D strategy.Some of your key responsibilities include:* Shaping and driving our leadership and management development agenda to meet the current needs of the organization, while also being future-focused to support our evolving needs.* Collaborating closely with other members of the Learning & Development team to ensure the solutions embody our learning philosophy of getting the right content to our learners at the right time and in the right way.* Combining expertise in the Leadership & Management development discipline with sound instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and leveraging technology to ensure that solutions are accessible and relevant to our learners.* Partnering with stakeholders to design, embed and socialize the Leadership & Management development strategy - making sure our approach is business-aligned and commercial.* Managing Leadership & Management development team members across the globe including setting key priorities, providing regular feedback, guidance and leadership to continually develop the capabilities of the team* Managing and executing administrative aspects of learning solutions including marketing/communication, budget management, vendor partnerships, and inventory/resource maintenance.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Graduate degree preferred* 7+ years of relevant experience with proven track record in translating Leadership & Management concepts into practical, commercial learning solutions to include learning design, development, and delivery* Expertise in designing and developing leadership development programs with creativity and clear business impact (measuring ROI)* Strong client service and relationship management skills* Excellent strategic/analytic thinking, problem solving, and tactical implementation (project management) skills resulting in the ability to multi-task and prioritize work within a fluid environment; with the ability to initiate change and/or pivot to react to change* Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and engage their support as champions for a strategy; influencing and directing others, often without direct line reporting authorityExceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation skills* Works effectively in team environment while remaining responsible and accountable for results (e.g., is proactive, takes initiative and assumes ownership of successful outcomes)* Experience managing others* Experience in coaching and consulting preferredWhat We Offer:* A collaborative environment that enables you to step outside your role to add value wherever you can* Direct access to clients, information and experts across all business areas around the world* Opportunities to grow your expertise, take on new challenges, and reinvent yourself-without leaving the firm* A culture of inclusion that values each employee's unique perspective* High-quality benefits program emphasizing good health, financial security, and peace of mind* Rewarding work with the flexibility to enjoy personal and family experiences at every career stage* Volunteer opportunities to give back to your community and help transform the lives of others* Grade 9#LIPOSTWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, genetic information, creed, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other protected status under federal, state or local law.Full timeNew York
