Apply online Manager - Net Revenue Management Your tasks and responsibilities The Manager, Net Revenue Management (NRM) Analyticswill be responsible for identifying, analyzing and assisting toimplement Net Revenue Management (NRM) initiatives across BayerConsumer Health brands. The position will work closely with thesenior leader of NRM and cross functional teams to drive NRM andTrade analyses and support key decision making. This role willinteract regularly with brand teams, including the marketing VPsand GMs, as well as partner with the Global NRM team, to assist inthe delivery of the NRM initiatives across the $3B portfolio, whilealso evaluating the more than $300m that is spent between gross tonet. The role will also help drive the current NRM initiatives tofruition to realize the $41M in NS and $35M in GP by2020. The primary responsibilities of this role, Manager,Net Revenue Management, are to: + Provide overall support to NRM seniorleader in executing the NRM and trade programs, identifying andevaluating opportunities, performing analytics and completing otherad-hoc tasks to deliver NRM goals; + Conduct detailed analyses across NRMlevers, including analysis of company/competitor pricing, productofferings, mix management, promotion and trade terms management, inpartnership with brand teams; + Help drive the current NRM initiativesto fruition to realize the $41M in net sales (NS) and $35M in GP by2020; + Manage and prepare large amounts ofdata (including point-of-sale data), build models and distilactionable insights; + Develop and maintain strongunderstanding of relevant markets, trends, channel and competitivedynamics, value drivers and consumerinsights; + Create and deliver effectivepresentations to communicate insights and recommendations tocounterparts and senior leaders; + Coordinate, manage and trackperformance of NRM and trade goals and assist in implementation ofNRM and trade initiatives; + Develop capabilities and knowledge ofNRM and trade methodologies, analyses and outputs and translatethat to other members of theorganization. More specifically related to this position,Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses thefollowing: Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent isrequired; an advanced degreepreferred; + A minimum of five years of experiencein commercial business required (e.g. pricing, marketing, sales orbusiness development); + Strong analytical background withproven track record of pushing analysis to actionablerecommendations; + Strong financialacumen; + Excellent oral, written communicationskills and ability to work in cross-functionalgroups; + Proficiency with quantitative andanalytical tools including excel; strong financial modelling skillsrequired; + Ability to manage and drive complexanalytics, manipulation of large amounts of data; familiar and ableto work with point-of-sale data (e.g.IRI); + Good business judgment, ability to comeup with grounded assumptions to evaluate options, then check andtriangulate them; + Solid organizational skills includingattention to detail and multi tasking skills, with ability toinfluence key stakeholders; + Strong sense of autonomy and drive,entrepreneurial mindset and \"can do\"attitude; + Experience in pricing or promotionstrategy a plus.
